Our platform handles all transactions with the utmost security and flexibility so that different departments in your organization can have a clear view of the generated revenue.
All payment flows are handled in real-time in sync with the acquirer, so that your end-customers enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience while buying your products and services.
Each transaction carried out by using our platform has a fee that depends on the payment method, the acquirer and the volume. Additionally, we charge 0,95% on your earned revenue once it reaches a certain threshold.

*During the first three (3) months of any Starter subscription that started on or after March 1, 2024 (Promotional Period), Qualifying New Merchants (customers) WILL NOT be charged their ‘Processed Billing Fees’ which are chargeable at the standard rate of %0.95 on all payments successfully processed through the platform. The Starter plan includes 1 licence seat to access the platform per subscription.
** The Professional Plan price is open to Qualifying New Merchants (customers) that started on or after March 1, 2024 (Promotional Period). Professional plan Merchants WILL pay ‘Processed Billing Fees’ which are chargeable at the standard rate of %0.95 on all payments processed through the platform from the start of their 12-month contract. The Professional Plan includes up to 5 licence seats to access the platform per subscription.
‘Qualifying New Merchant’ means a Merchant customer that has not previously been a Billwerk+ customer within the last year (12 months). New or different subdomains from existing Merchants do not qualify for any promotion. Billwerk+ reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion at its sole discretion.
Starter Plan Merchants can cancel their subscription and close their Billwerk+ account at any time with 3 months’ notice by contacting the customer support team in writing. Professional & Premium Plan customers should refer to the individual terms within their sign-up agreement as they may differ from the standard 3-month cancellation notice period.
To qualify for a dedicated Key Account Manager, you must meet a minimum account contract value (ACV) or purchase a dedicated package.
An Acquirer Agreement is needed before going live.
